From Torroxal, we have always wanted to transmit
our passion for viticulture, by means of exchanging different ideas and
points of view with people who bet on innovation, following the example
of our past, above all. Therefore, we take into account
so essential values as respect for environment and care of the plant every
day being conscious, at the same time, that for getting high quality
wines, devotion and attention to the wine growing play a crucial role.
Thus, by offering visits to our vineyards and surroundings, we give a hearty
welcome to those who share this enthusiasm and also those who feel special
interest and curiosity towards our traditions, our way of understanding
viticulture and definitively, our philosophy, based on the recovering of
local varieties of O Rosal valley that were about
disappearing, after years of investigation and experimentation.
This line of thinking and working has always been our main goal and has
encouraged us to keep on speculating about what truly identifies and distinguishes
us.
For all these reasons, we think that, in this way, by
establishing personal ties through guided visits, we can share with everyone
the exaltation and tribute to past that Torroxal
proposes in its wines.
